We have a limited number of disabled parking spaces located a short walk from Cedars Hall’s main entrance. Access from the car park to the entrance is step free. Disabled parking space are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Cedars Hall has a level entrance with automatic doors, an adapted toilet and a maximum of six wheelchair spaces in the Auditorium. Wheelchair users can often book tickets online, but for those events that do not have reserved wheelchair seating, they should contact the box office directly to purchase tickets.
We offer free personal assistant or essential companion tickets, subject to proof. This can either be by

- Hynt Card
- CVI Certificate
By accepting this ticket your companion, who must be aged over 16, accepts responsibility for providing the additional support required to access our venue, including in an emergency situation.
Hearing assistance
Cedars Hall has two types of hearing device available to patrons: a necklace (to use with your own hearing aid with a ‘T’ setting) and a headset (to use without your own hearing aid). Please pre-book one of your devices free of charge to ensure availability on 01749 834483
